Bereavement, Family, Domestic Emergency & Compassionate Leave
We understand that employees may need to take time off work when a death or domestic emergency occurs and commit to offering support in these unfortunate circumstances.

Career Break
After 2 years of continuous service, a career break can be agreed upon with People Leaders and Managers for an extended period of unpaid leave.

Fertility time off
All employees regardless of length of service are eligible for up to 5 days off every 12 months to undergo fertility treatment, if more time is required please have a conversation with our People Team.

Menopause
We understand that many employees will experience menopause and we are committed to creating an open conversation and supporting those individuals where we can.

Summer Fridays
In July and August employees may take off up to 6 half days Fridays with the goal to make it easier to start the weekend earlier and enjoy the summer!

Supporting Employees Experiencing Domestic Abuse
We will support anyone working for us who is experiencing domestic abuse.

We understand the significant effects of pregnancy loss and encourage you to speak to your People Leader if you feel comfortable doing so.

Work from Anywhere
Between January and November you can work from anywhere for 2 weeks and if you wish it can be split into 1 week increments.

Remote Working
Due to the nature of our small sales team acting in the DACH region we act remotely but will meet in our London HQ 5 or 6 times a year.
