Intro Call

Once you have applied, an intial call will be arranged with a FitFlop Talent Team member if we think you'll be a great addition!

We will be discussing all things position, chat through your experience and answer any questions you may have.

Virtual Interview

A virtual interview will be held virtually with the vacancy manager. This stage will focus on a mixture of competency and skills/technical-based questions to explore your background.

 

Face to Face Interview

We'll invite you down to our FitFlop Hammersmith HQ! You'll have a chance to meet with the wider team members, see the office space and experience the FitFlop culture. 

At this stage, there will be either a presentation or a small project to discuss with us.

Onboarding

Welcome to FitFlop! You'll start with our Company Induction, covering our history, footwear, technologies, and life at FitFlop. 

Then, your manager and colleagues will introduce you to your role, followed by meetings with wider members of the teams. Over the first 3 months, you'll explore various departments.

  • How do I apply?

  • How long will the application take?

    It should only take 10-15 minutes in total. You can use your LinkedIn Profile to apply if you're using a mobile device and can't upload a full CV.

  • When will we I receive feedback on an interview?

    We'll give you feedback if you have a face-to-face interview with us. As we receive so many applications we can't always provide feedback at the other stages, but we'll provide as much information as we can.

  • Can I apply for more than one vacancy?

    Yes, you can apply for as many roles as you wish.

  • If I am not successful, can I apply again?

    Yes, of course, and you’ll be considered against the requirements for the role.

  • What if there isn't a vacancy that interests me right now but I really want to work for FitFlop?

    We like to stay in touch with top talent. You can register a profile speculatively and also sign up for job alerts by connecting with us here.

  • Do you offer hybrid working?

    Yes, our Hammersmith, London HQ currently operate on a hybrid working style of 2-3 days in the office.

    This may not apply to other locations but please be sure to ask our FitFlop talent team who can cofirm.
