Our culture of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion – to “Be You at FitFlop”
Our commitment (as specified in our ED&I policy)
FitFlop is committed to promoting equal opportunities and encouraging a culture of diversity and inclusion among our employees, contractors, customers, visitors and other third parties we come into contact with in the course of our business activities.
We believe that a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion not only benefits our organisation but supports wellbeing. It empowers our people to work better because they can be themselves and feel that they belong and can make a difference.
We are committed to promoting a working environment based on dignity, trust and respect, and one that is free from discrimination, harassment, bullying or victimisation.
We ensure that our entire employee lifecycle (recruitment through to exit) does not treat people less favourably because of their demographic background.
We hire from a global talent pool without discrimination. Out of more than 250 employees across the globe, we have over thirty nationalities, over 65% female workforce and 60% of management positions held by women.
