As Costing Analyst, you’ll be working with the Costing Manager and will be responsible for product detail and cost operations in accordance with company business needs. You’ll also work closely with the Product Development team, Materials Manager, factory teams and suppliers on a daily basis, contributing to the success of our Asia operations and global business.

The Responsibilities:

• Calculate materials consumption, create and update cost breakdowns from development to production stages
• Communicate with development, materials and factory teams to capture all product changes and material price changes, ensuring they are reflected in the Cost Breakdown Detail sheet
• Provide costing suggestions on patterns and materials to ensure the cost benefit is maximized
• Generate and update Price List Report
• Offer accurate, high quality and vital cost component information and analysis
• Ensure that a complete and accurate data base is built up and well maintained
• Escalate key cases to Manager in a timely fashion

The Person:

• Looking for an opportunity to develop a career in Technology/Supply Chain project management
• Over 3 years of Costing experience within the footwear industry
• Product Development background preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good communication skills (Including negotiation skills)
• Strong excel experience and document preparation skills
• Well organized, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
