Brand Marketing Manager - 12-month fixed term contract

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to take charge of all brand-related initiatives and ensure the FitFlop brand is consistently represented across all channels, globally. You will play a key role in defining our marketing strategy and calendar, developing sell-in tools, and driving the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that bring the FitFlop brand to life.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding and consumer behaviour, paired with exceptional project management and communication skills.
The Responsibilities:
- Define and develop the global marketing calendar, aligning it with product launches and ensuring it effectively engages and resonates with target audience segments
- Build strong relationships with the Global Product and commercial teams, understanding their objectives and collaborating to align strategies while consistently championing the brand
- Manage the development of seasonal sell-in tools in collaboration with sales and trade teams, ensuring they are impactful and effectively equip the sales team for success during the sell-in period
- Collaborate with the brand team to deliver global conference events and live streams
- Oversee the briefing process for cross-channel creative assets, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Join forces with creative and production teams to ensure briefs are followed accurately and assets are delivered on time
- Support the development and coordination of 360° global seasonal go-to-market plans, ensuring a well-balanced mix of activities aimed at boosting both brand awareness and consideration across diverse target audience groups
- Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all marketing initiatives across channels and regions adhere to FitFlop’s brand identity, values, and tone of voice
- Drive efficiencies and continuously evolve internal processes to streamline work
- Brainstorm and propose new ideas that support overarching business goals and KPIs
- Monitor and analyse the performance of brand marketing initiatives across channels, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and business goals
- Manage and mentor team members, offering guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
The Person:
- You’ll be an experienced brand marketeer, preferably within fashion, footwear, or consumer goods industries.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to rapid changes
- Solid experience in working within a global business environment
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behaviour, and the digital landscape
- Ability to balance creative ideas with strategic business objectives
- Capable of articulating the "big picture" while remaining highly detail oriented
- Process-oriented; always looks for ways to improve and create efficiencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Highly collaborative
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-starting, collaborative, good-natured, hard-working, and hands-on
- Business language is English; additional languages are a plus
