About the Scheme

At FitFlop, we're passionate about creating opportunities for emerging talent to learn, grow, and build meaningful careers.

These programmes combine hands-on experience with structured learning, giving you the opportunity to work on real business projects while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Whether you're starting your career or looking to develop specific skills, you'll gain valuable industry experience, earn a salary, and learn from experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Entry Requirements

To apply for one of our apprenticeship programmes, you'll need:

  • Five GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths

  • A Grade 5/C or above in Maths is desirable, but not essential

  • A Levels, BTEC qualifications, or other further education qualifications are welcomed, but not required

  • You will have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the apprenticeship or on completion.

We're looking for curious, motivated individuals who are excited to learn, develop new skills, and build a career in data. If you're passionate about problem-solving and keen to gain hands-on experience while earning a qualification, we'd love to hear from you.

2) Eligibility Questionnaire

After clicking ‘Apply’, you’ll be asked a few short questions to confirm your eligibility for the apprenticeship programme.

You’ll also have the opportunity to let us know about any adjustments or support requirements throughout the application process.

3) Online Interview

If we like the look of your application, the next step is an interview with a member of our Talent team. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your strengths, potential and suitability for the apprenticeship programme.

Most importantly, we encourage you to be yourself. Let your personality, motivation and enthusiasm shine through. We’re interested in getting to know the real you, not just what's on your CV.

Assessment

4) Assessment Centre

If you’re successful at the interview stage, we’ll invite you to join us at our Assessment Centre in November 2026, held in person at our FitFlop Headquarters in Hammersmith.

The day will include a strengths-based interview and a collaborative group activity, designed to help you showcase your natural strengths, potential and ways of working.

You’ll also have the opportunity to meet members of the team, ask questions and learn more about our brand, culture and values. We want the experience to be engaging, relaxed and enjoyable, giving us the chance to get to know the real you while helping you decide whether FitFlop is the right fit for your next career step.

  • Who is eligible to apply for Apprenticeships at FitFlop?

    We welcome applications from school leavers (16+), graduates, career changers, and anyone looking to take the next step in their professional journey. Whether you're starting out, building on your studies, or exploring a new direction, our apprenticeship programmes are designed to help you learn, grow and gain valuable hands-on experience. Eligibility requirements may vary depending on the role, so please refer to the individual job advert for specific details and entry criteria.

  • How can I apply?

    Visit our website, and make sure you read the job description to ensure you meet the criteria. You can then click the ‘Apply Now’ button and follow the next steps.

  • Is there an age restriction?

    We welcome applications from anyone aged 16 and over at the start date of the scheme.

  • Do you offer sponsorship?

    To be eligible for our apprenticeship programme, you must have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship, both at the start of the programme and upon successful completion. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route for these apprenticeship opportunities.

  • Do you offer support for anyone that requires adjustments?

    There is opportunity at the start of your online application to ask for adjustments. Letting us know will not impact your application.
