Producer - Fixed Term Contract from January until April 2026
The Responsibilities:
Pre-Production
- Creating production timelines for projects from brief through to go live and ensuring production is on track
- Creating shoot schedules, product lists, call sheets and shot lists for all shoots
- Support the Head Producer with all shoot prep, and photography requirements such as larger campaign, stylised, Ecom & video shoots
- Booking locations, shoot crew resource, models and props.
- Raise SLAs for all personnel on set, and ensure they are signed and returned. Ensure NDAs are signed where necessary
- Book travel where necessary for the shoot team
- Manage the expenses account for the Photography Team
- Working closely with photography coordinators on samples
- Shipping samples and wardrobe to locations for campaign shoots, producing the carnet and packing lists under the direction of the Head Producer
Shoot
- On set assisting with packing and handling of shoes and props
- Working with Digi/photographer to ensure file management is correct
- Ensuring the team is working to shoot schedule and all deliverables are being captured.
Post Production
- Keeping track of all invoices and making sure all budget trackers are reconciled.
- Raising POs
- Ensuring all image files are saved and named correctly.
- Communicating to the Studio when files are ready for release.
- Ensure that all relevant files are uploaded to Box and shared with stakeholders.
- Working with retouch manager to ensure imagery delivery process is managed according to deadlines to feedback and deadlines
- Working with internal and external video editors to ensure video delivery is managed according to feedback and deadlines
Extra
- Organising castings getting in new faces & feet!
- Support the Social Creative Lead on social content creation during busy periods. Shoot low fi content when needed
- At busy times you might be asked to upload eCom imagery to support the photography team
The Person:
- You’ll have previous experience working as an Assistant or Junior Producer
- Fantastic attention to detail with a keen interest in social and fashion
- SUPER organised and loves a to-do list!
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint & MS excel
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident and calm with a can-do attitude
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Able to work independently and part of a team
- Energetic, organised, resourceful and unflappable
- Excellent communication skills
