Global Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, bringing expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across global markets.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is experienced in developing and implementing full-funnel digital marketing strategies to help drive FitFlop growth.
You will attract and engage consumers by managing paid digital campaigns, including, but not limited to; Display, Paid Social, Paid Search & Affiliates. You are highly collaborative with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and capable of earning trust from the team.
Thorough understanding and passion for all things digital marketing is essential to this role, especially across global markets.
The Responsibilities:
- Accountable for driving awareness, visits and sales for the FitFlop brand by creating, implementing and optimising paid media campaigns, in-line with wider digital targets and brand strategy.
- Oversee the day-to-day relationship with partner agencies, planning and managing significant budgets and partnering with internal creative teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
- Analyse digital marketing campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and deliver insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Partner with your agencies and internal analytics teams to deep dive into customer, campaign, and channel data, identifying opportunities to target new customer segments to drive performance and to inform and evolve our plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns are aligned to the brand vision
- Be a source of knowledge for all thing’s digital marketing, proactively sharing ideas and recommendations along with upskilling colleagues and stakeholders
- Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and wider digital team in strategic projects as needed
The Person:
- Demonstrable experience working with significant budgets for a fashion or lifestyle or retail brand, delivering growth across key KPIs in international markets
- You have a strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms /networks; Google SA360, DV360, CM360, Meta and other social platforms as well as affiliate networks
- An excellent understanding of how Digital Marketing fits within of the wider marketing mix and how to integrate different campaign elements
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate different audiences.
- Amazing interpersonal skills - you’ll be working with people across the whole company to achieve your goals
- Results driven with strong business acumen and a desire to deliver work of the highest quality
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making
- A self-starter, highly motivated, proactive with a positive attitude
- Communicative, responsive, collaborative, and focused
- Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced and changeable environment (you’ll be able to keep your cool and thrive on a challenge)
