Product Development Administrator

As a Product Development Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and delivering the end-to-end product development process for your respective category. You’ll have exceptional administration, coordination and project administration support experience and assist the Product Development Team with all administrative tasks relating to the launch of new ranges and products.

The Responsibilities:
- Ensure product data accuracy in the BOM system
- Provide correct product information in the company system
- Smartsheet Product updating – core product information
- Provide sample GRD and update tracking information in Smartsheet
- Material Grid verification
- Updating Packaging requirement
- Manage upload sample images to BOX in the various development stages
- Verify SMS upper composition with Upper material to assist HTS code allocation
- Manage supplier partnerships and on-time deliveries
- Support operations and efficiency through administrative tasks
- Organise and track product development budgets and samples
- Provide product information to both Product Development and Design teams.
The Person:
- Possess an understanding and interest for the retail industry
- Be highly organised, able to deal with multi task environment, with a strong attention to detail to manage projects
- Confident to liaise across the business including marketing, technical, design, sales), strong communicator with first class interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once to tight deadlines. Strong time management skills are essential
- Any experience of SAP ideal but full training given to you if you have EXCEL or database management skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills with demonstrable ability to use Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
