The Global Partner Marketing Executive is responsible for managing our key Distributors, working closely with them to align their local marketing plans within the global vision of FitFlop.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Collaborations this role is both creative and strategic and acts as a conduit between the Distributors and the Brand team, involving all areas of the marketing mix.
The Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Head of Partnerships & Collaborations to develop and execute localised marketing strategies for the key distributor markets; India, Middle East, South Africa, Italy, Spain, France, Benelux, Canada, and Greece ensuring you act as a Brand Guardian
- Day to day management of all Partners, developing close relationships to establish best practice processes
- Work with the partners to strengthen the brand presence across the markets through the development of wholesale and retail seasonal plans and a line on budget breakdown
- Work with the Partners to build out and develop large scale activations, working closely with the Brand and Creative Teams ensuring briefs are sent in a timely manner
- Collate and brief in Partner’s Seasonal content needs to influence global content toolkits and production, and brief any additional ad hoc/pick up shoots when required
- Manage all creative requests, briefing the Global Creative Team in a timely manner
- Develop and manage relationships with key commercial stakeholders to understand local commercial/trading decisions and issues and support where necessary
- Liaise with the Global Digital and CRM Teams to provide guidance and best practice for FitFlop branded sties to ensure global consistency
- Liaise with Global teams to provide best practice examples and guidance of Retail, Wholesale, Digital, Influencer and Press activations, and share these with the Partners through dedicated monthly Marketing Workshops
- Manage Asset Bank access, ensuring partners are aware of updates
- Manage the approval process with the Partners and Global Teams, drive internal and external efficiencies to improve the approval process
- Analyse the ROI and effectiveness of campaigns
The Person:
- Solid Brand/Trade Marketing experience
- Relevant experience working with Distributor/Franchise/Partner global markets
- Particularly strong in branding with a key eye for detail
- Highly creative, yet commercially minded – you’ll understand the importance of the commercial success of marketing campaigns
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Energetic, flexible and keen to develop your skills across the full marketing and commercial matrix
- Enthusiasm and a demonstrated ability to learn are equally important as are confidence and the desire to develop a longer term career in marketing
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
