People Partner
We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and high-potential People Partner to joins us in a truly global hands-on role where you’ll partner with stakeholders right across our business.

We’re a fast-moving, ambitious, and growing organisation with employees based across the UK, US, Asia, and Europe. We’re a small People team here in the UK managing the global function, so you’ll be fully immersed in all areas of global HR and working closely with our specialists in Reward, Talent and Learning. Our team balances driving change, shaping our FitFlop culture and owning and delivering our People strategy with a hands-on, operational, and full integrated approach to supporting our global teams at all levels.
We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and high-potential People Partner to joins us in a truly global hands-on role where you’ll partner with stakeholders right across our business, specifically finance, IT, product and commercial.
With a digital-first focus across the global business, and some exciting growth projects currently underway, it’s important you already have some experience in a similar sized business and understand challenges of change/growth/global complexities.
You’ll have an interest in Change Management and Diversity & Inclusion as well as supporting on talent and onboarding, working with People Leaders to build high-performing teams. As well as working on some key people projects across the business, you’ll also be happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into the day to day.
The Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner to employee groups across the UK, US & Asia, building strong relationships and providing a high level of support to enable the delivery of our commercial business priorities. You’ll have your own employee groups across the business who you’ll support and partner with to deliver key projects including organisational change, culture/values, talent and succession planning, communication, policies and process
- Work with people leaders right up to Executive Leadership Team on organisational change and performance, offering a balance of support and challenge as required
- Partner with wider People Team on rolling out our global engagement surveys, reviewing results and creating action plans
- Support our Global Talent Acquisition Manager, with resourcing requirements when needed (screening CVs and interviewing)
- Work closely with our Office & Wellbeing Manager to drive our FeelGood (our name for all things wellbeing) and Mental Health initiatives globally
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices; ensuring consistency with our values and culture
- Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and wider HR arena
The Person:
- Experience at a HR Generalist or Junior Business Partner level
- Experience and confidence to partner, challenge and guide leadership teams
- Experience in HR Change Management and Company Org Planning
- A confident communicator, comfortable challenging People Leaders in the right way
- Willingness to be ‘hands on’, you’ll be happy balancing day-to-day with projects – this is absolutely KEY, you’ll be comfortable working on the basics as well as some of the more high-level activity
- Ability to work flexibly under changing dynamics and ambiguity
- Multi-tasker, juggler, able to work with changing priorities
- Experience with HR systems
- Strong data reporting and analysis skills
