Workplace Nursery Scheme

At FitFlop, we understand how challenging it can be to balance work with family life, especially when it comes to childcare. That’s why we’re excited to announce our partnership with WorkPlace Nursery, introducing the Workplace Nursery Scheme as part of our employee benefits.
This scheme helps ease the financial burden of childcare by allowing employees to pay nursery fees through a pre-tax salary deduction, resulting in savings on tax and national insurance. In addition to supporting families, the nursery also receives £100 each month for a child on the scheme, and a parents can have a say in how the nursery spends this money.
Interested UK employees can sign up for the Workplace Nursery Scheme directly through the WorkPlace Nursery website, where they’ll receive ongoing administrative support and expert advice. An online calculator is also available, so you can estimate your potential monthly savings. To join the scheme, a minimum monthly nursery fee of £650 is required.
