Sales Representative - Germany
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our DACH Sales Team, based in Germany (Munich, Berlin, Dusseldorf or Hamburg).

We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team based in Germany as a Sales Representative. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our presence within the footwear and fashion industries through nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values initiative and ongoing development.

Munich, Hamburg, Berlin or Dusseldorf
The Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and be accountable for the sales of existing customers and accounts within your region.
- Plan and prospect new business opportunities that are aligned to FitFlop's brand guidelines and growth strategy.
- Contacting new and existing customer and buyers to sell-in FitFlop footwear both in-season and for upcoming seasons.
- Work autonomously and be self sufficient when planning your week with meetings with new and existing customers.
- Ownership of all your own administration as is required to be successful in your role.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams such as DACH Sales, Customer Service and Credit Control to ensure that existing customer orders are successfully fulfilled.
- Work with our Trade Marketing Team on the activation of in-store events and visual merchandising.
The Person:
- A confident self starter who is driven by excellent customer service and sales.
- An entrepreneurial mindset - this position is remote and you are responsible for scheduling your own customer meetings with existing and new accounts.
- A team player - you'll be comfortable working with internal teams in finance, supply chain and marketing to achieve success.
- Numbers driven and analytical, comfortable reporting on accounts and forecasting future sales.
- Experience in a related industry will be beneficial, such as footwear or apparel.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
- Fluent in German and English is essential.
- Full and valid drivers license for Germany is required.
