Account Services Coordinator - 5 month Fixed Term Contract
Reporting to the Supervisor, Account Services, you’ll work within the Account Services team, partnering with the sales force to build and maintain a roster of wholly satisfied customers.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Account Services, you’ll work within the Account Services team, partnering with the sales force to build and maintain a roster of wholly satisfied customers. You will have fantastic product and systems knowledge and be able to communicate brilliantly at all levels.
The Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales force to build and maintain a roster of wholly satisfied customers
- Understand Corporate Marketing Strategies, Outdoor and Print for use during phone calls (regional)
- Inform AE of stock issues and liaison with management / warehouse/ operations management to solve problems
- Provide excellent customer support within all areas of the Customer Service Department via email, phone, and written communication
- Make the customers feel valued and appreciated, demonstrate, and provide product knowledge, to build a strong relationship with the customer
- Develop strong relationships, work cooperatively with others, and maintain positive interactions with others
- Manage time effectively to maximize sales or productivity of projects or processes
- Use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to elicit agreement on issues with management, field personnel and customers
- Provide customers with stock availability and order/delivery status updates in a pro-active manner
- Key, check orders and process order amendments daily into in-house order system, Navision
- Process credits as a result of returns, damages, shortages, etc
- Investigate and solve customers' queries which may require communicating with the original retail store and escalating internally as necessary
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Keeping up to date with all FitFlop products and services
- Build strong relationships with the immediate stakeholders such as the operations team, the finance team, sales, marketing, and the ecommerce team as well as 3rd party providers
The Person:
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers
- Ability to plan workload and projects in advance and work independently
- Must have Associates Degree or higher
- Experience of using a CRM system is beneficial
- Articulate and clear in both spoken and written forms
- Grammatically accurate and able to identify and convey solutions quickly and concisely
- Flexible and hard working
- Experienced user of Microsoft office applications e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, and online websites etc
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Highly organized; capable of multitasking across multiple projects.
