We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about innovation, technology, and sustainability to join FitFlop armed with the remit to explore market trends, innovative ideas and identify new opportunities for our brand.

The R&D Coordinator will work with, and report into our Head of R&D, and wider Product & Design team, to facilitate footwear innovation (e.g. Microwobbleboard, Supercomff, iQushion, Anatomicush what’s next…..!?), improvement and development and links all activity with the design team, PD and customer service to maximise success.
