We’re a small People team here in the UK managing the global function so you’ll be fully immersed in all areas of global HR including resourcing and talent, reward and business partnering. Our team balances driving change, shaping our FitFlop culture and owning and delivering our People strategy with a hands on, operational and fully integrated approach to supporting our global teams at all levels.
We’re looking for smart, proactive and high-potential People Partner to work with our Sales, Merchandising, Finance and Operations teams. You could be operating at a similar level, looking for a new challenge or you’ll be ready for a step-up. With a digital-first focus across the global business, it’s important you already have some experience in a digital environment where you’ve been involved in growth and change projects. You’ll have an interest in talent development and supporting People Leaders to build high-performing teams. As well as working on some key people projects across, you’ll also be happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in to the day to day.
