This is driving change across our global business with a ‘Digital First’ strategy and the inception of a digital incubator to accelerate our digital innovation and a culture of ‘test and learn’.
This means the time is right for us to maximise our digital channels with both on- and offsite, innovative creative development a priority. We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our in-house Creative Studio. Working closely with the Head of Creative Direction and Senior Design Manager, you will help the business communicate as a leading global footwear brand through creative visual solutions that harmonize consumer needs (UX) with brand-enhancing, contemporary design.
You will be passionate about producing and testing market-leading creative with a strong appreciation for brand & commercial impact, approaching projects with the target audience clearly in mind. You will be able to apply your design expertise to create engaging and effective experiences across all our online channels including FitFlop.com, social (paid and organic) and other key digital marketing channels including YouTube and display. You will be excited by the prospect of a “test and learn” working culture and the development opportunities that brings. You will be equally proficient and passionate about digital brand communication & interaction, collaborating well with internal stakeholders from the studio team to Marketing to eCommerce project owners and developers.
