Your learning and development

At FitFlop, our Learning & Development package is instrumental in supporting our people to achieve individual, team and organisational growth. Our learning objectives are focused on helping us achieve our commercial strategy and delivering the best possible experience for our customers. Our L&D package supports all our people equally across departments, channels, and countries. It is key to ensuring we live one of our core values of doing things BETTER (delivering change, making informed commercial decisions, being clear on what we need to deliver); L&D provides our people with the tools needed for career development and adds greater value to the business.

There are five key pillars to our Learning & Development package:

YOUR ONBOARDING

Welcome to FitFlop! We’re delighted that you’ll be joining us. As part of your onboarding here, you’ll be introduced to FitFlop with our Company Induction in your first couple of days, learning about our history, amazing footwear, technologies and what’s it’s like to be a FitFlop employee. In your first few weeks, your line manager and colleagues will introduce you to your role and you’ll have meetings with the teams you’ll be working closely with. And in your first 3 months you’ll be meeting wider business and learn everything you need to know about our different departments.
