As Supply Chain Assistant, you’ll provide a high standard of customer service to Customers and Departments, receive orders from the Distributors and Buy Team, create purchase orders and sales orders on the system ensuring all internal and intercompany Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOPs) are adhered to. You’ll also be required to assist the US Team and Asia Operations with the management of the orders through production phase and communication of changes.
You’ll be required to work with Planning Team, US Team, FitFlop Sales and Asia Operations to ensure agreed operational processes are adhered to both offshore and in house and provide a high standard of customer service to Distributors. You’ll receive orders from international distributors for system processing. For any Markets allocated to you, manage the orders through production phase, manage and maintain the line of communication between distributors, freight forwarders, Asia Operations, FitFlop (FF) Supply Chain Manager (SCM) and FF HQ, ensuring feedback and actions can flow quickly and seamlessly.
You’ll also be required to assist distributors in the movement and visibility of freight from point of origin, via the FOB port/airport through to distributor warehouse and create containers for the US on FitFlop Ltd, receipt and invoice POs and invoice SOs on Ltd.
