As the Director of Sales, you’ll own the strategy, driving all sales efforts for FitFlop across all channels (department stores, B2B, independents, mid-tier and off-price) in the US. You’ll have seasoned experience leading an organization and building a cohesive sales strategy for the market while collaborating with the Global Product Merchandising, Global Planning team and Marketing leaders in our UK headquarters.
Your fierce passion will result in sales growth and development of new business opportunities. Your ‘winning” mentality will build the FitFlop brand in the US Market through innovative, creative Go-To-Market strategies that elevate the brand and grow revenue to exceed expectations and sales targets. A proven track record of growing a business year on year and driving new business relationships will be key for success in this role. You’ll be someone who always has their eye on the latest consumer trends and behaviors – you’ll look outwards at the external market and competitive landscape, understanding how business models and buying patterns are changing and how digital and technology still continues to place a huge part in any business.
