We’re a small People team here in the UK managing the global function so you’ll have exposure to all areas of global HR including resourcing and talent, reward and business partnering. Our team balances driving change, shaping our FitFlop culture and owning and delivering our People strategy with a hands on, operational and fully integrated approach to supporting our global teams at all levels.
We have an exciting role for a hands-on Resourcing Manager to join the FitFlop People team. Reporting to our Head of People, you’ll be attracting, sourcing, screening and selecting our future FitFlop talent across the global business whilst managing our employer brand through multiple channels. You’ll be joining a great team in a fast-paced environment so you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and get stuck-in but at the same time you’ll have a real opportunity to drive our talent agenda and work closely with our People Partners to ensure we have the right talent in the right place at the right time.
You could be a Senior Recruiter ready for a step-up or already be operating at a junior/mid-management level looking for a new challenge. You’ll have experience in recruitment either in-house and/or from agency-side with strong skills in proactive search (this is a must as we’re working towards a 100% direct sourcing model) and have a great network within the fashion space. You’ll be digitally ‘savvy’, have a knack for managing process and a passion for providing fantastic candidate experience. You’ll be ambitious, have an irresistible personality and be able to build great relationships throughout the global business. Resilience and adaptability are also key for this role, we move fast and have lots of change so you’ll need to have your finger on the pulse.
