We’re a small People team here in the UK managing the global function, so you’ll be fully immersed in all areas of global HR including resourcing and talent, reward and business partnering. Our team balances driving change, shaping our FitFlop culture and owning and delivering our People strategy with a hands-on, operational, and fully integrated approach to supporting our global teams at all levels.
We’re looking for smart, proactive, and high-potential People Partner to join us on a 12-month FTC in a truly global hands-on role where you’ll partner with stakeholders right across our business, from Finance to E-commerce, Supply Chain to APAC Operations. You could be operating at a similar level, looking for a new challenge or you’ll be ready for a step-up.
With a digital-first focus across the global business, and some exciting growth projects currently underway, it’s important you already have some experience in a similar sized business and understand challenges of change/growth/global complexities.
You’ll have an interest in L&D, talent development and supporting People Leaders to build high-performing teams. As well as working on some key people projects across, you’ll also be happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into the day to day.
