This role is the foundation that keeps our People team together, and it’s pretty diverse. From onboarding new starters to supporting with team projects, you’ll be coordinating the entire employee life cycle and keeping our People operations running smoothly. We’re a small team here in the UK managing the global people function (across the UK, US, Asia & Europe) so you’ll be fully immersed in all areas of global HR including resourcing and talent.
You’ll already have a little experience in a similar role and you’ll be looking for somewhere you can grow, gaining valuable exposure across the HR space including business partnering, resourcing and talent development. You’ll have a proactive approach and an eye for detail, you’ll enjoy reporting, gathering data and feedback and turning it into insight for our team. You’ll be the go-to person for general HR queries and you’ll enjoy being part of a fast-paced, commercial and driven People Team.
