As Payments & Fraud Manager, you’ll be responsible for containing the instance of online fraud within pre-agreed target limits. You’ll also act as the liaison point between Finance, Digital, Customer Service and Trading teams to ensure changes in payments and fraud management do not adversely affect the customer or the financial integrity of our online operation.
You’ll be a key part of the team that delivers excellence to our customers and you’ll be equipped with a full suite of software services to assist you in the execution of your role! We’re looking for someone who already has some experience in a fraud detection role in a similar industry. Someone who has exposure to international markets and strong analytical and numerical skills, as well as being a great communicator is super-important.
