Business Analysis is of huge importance to our global business and we’re excited about focusing even more on data and insight as we accelerate our global product offering and customer channels. As part of this journey we’re after a Junior Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between IT and the Business.
You will be responsible for the delivery of small change and small project initiatives and supporting day to day activity in the Business Solutions team. It will be crucial for this person to form strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business, to create positive and productive partnerships.
We’re fast growing our omni-channel assortment and we’re focused on putting the customer at the heart of all that we do. This is a key role for a strategic thinker (who is tuned into the finer detail) to act as the interface within IT within cross functional project teams, bringing experience of successfully operating as a Business Analyst within the retail sector.
You’ll be the pioneer for our business analysis and an advocate of change, challenging the status quo and driving data driven decisions to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the FitFlop business.
