FitFlop is a ‘Digital First’ business and our own .com sites (US, UK, EU, and CA) form our largest and fastest growing sales channel. Having undergone a period of accelerated growth (both in sales and team size) we are looking for a high calibre individual to lead the team and the business through the next phase of growth and performance.
You will have overall responsibility for the Global Digital Strategy, Performance, and Innovation and be responsible for the success of the .com sites and leadership of the digital team, ensuring the maximisation of sales and profit (and all digital KPI’s) and driving the FitFlop websites to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
A keen understanding of the brand and customer journey will be pivotal to this global role, as well as understanding the role of the website in driving sales to other channels including marketplaces and third party .com
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, Direct reports will include the Head of Digital Marketing, Head of Digital Trading and Payments/Fraud Manager. You will lead the team based in the UK headquarters, but interact with all our teams around the world.
You will lead and drive all commercial aspects of the online business including sales forecasting and trading, driving digital performance marketing channels, customer experience, brand representation, product & category management, platform performance and functionality to grow profitable online sales and diffuse online the brand strategy. You will be able to translate all the digital marketing & sales efforts into a cohesive customer-led strategy, drawing on development to foster future programmes into the strategic digital plan.
