The Infrastructure and Project Analyst is an exciting role which will allow us to maximise opportunities to improve our global infrastructure as well as improve and maintain the support we offer to our global colleagues.

This role is a hybrid role, with a focus on infrastructure projects and the other part of the role being part of the global IT support team.

You’ll play a key role in our Business Transformation Programme, delivering projects both individually and as part of wider teams. You’ll use your knowledge and experience cloud computing to analyse complex technical issues and offer solutions and support project stakeholders to deliver business critical objectives.

You must be able to interact with the whole business and be able to adapt and flex your style to work with a variety of stakeholders.

As part of the support side of the role, you’ll need to be confident and comfortable offering practical and timely advice and solutions to the business and you’ll need to develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of FitFlop’s systems
