We’re committed to making sure we pay, recognise and reward our global teams competitively and with just over 200 people across 7 locations (UK, US, Germany, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China and Singapore) it’s a task that is becoming ever more complex. Getting the basics right (payroll, pay review, benefits, bonus, systems) is essential, but so is providing reward advice, support and data to HR and beyond. We’re looking for someone who’s a fantastic communicator and data whizz and can put that winning combination to use for our salary review, bonus and sales incentive plans globally.
We’re on the lookout for a rising star in the field of reward. Someone who knows their stuff and importantly, has a real passion for the specialism. The size of our team means that you’ll need the ability to get stuck into the detail and ‘make it happen’ as well as shaping the future. You’ll oversee the UK payroll (and be confident to process it directly if needed – we currently outsource this) and liaise with global payroll providers, partners and finance to make sure the global payrolls run effectively.
We’re open to this role working a little more flexibly, so if you’re looking for 4 days a week we’re happy with this too.
