It’s down to our Global Product Merchandising team to focus on making sure we get the right products with the right price architecture and seasonality to our customers! The Responsibilities:

  • Managing and driving the admin side for the product merchandising department season on season by product categories maintenance
  • Support the Product Merchandiser mastering competitors and pricing analysis by market and helping consolidation of market needs to support range planning at brief stage.
  • Managing seasonal market research, highlight to PM key opportunities of growth, any shift in the marketplace and competitors focus.
  • Support Product Merchandiser to create and maintain all selling tools and information for Wholesale and digital partners during collection Key meetings and to Design and Product Development during proto & product reviews.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Development tracking buy ready and any potential risk to the collection.
  • Support Product Merchandiser to consolidate seasonal lessons learnt by market.
  • Manage Samples process for Product Merchandising department.

 

The Person:

  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape with footwear
  • Numerical minded
  • Good eye for product demonstrating excellent commercial awareness within Footwear markets
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel & proficiency in spreadsheet analyses (reporting and handling big data amount, executing pivots and other analysis) as well as Word and Power Point
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present and map complex business solutions and processes
  • Comfortable to build relationships with piers.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as being a self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to handle pressure while working on multiple tasks to hit tight deadlines by providing high quality work results
  • Quick to learn new systems and tools who embraces the hands-on, dynamic and fast paced work environment
  • Strong product affinity
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, any additional EU languages is a plus
  • Positive mindset, entrepreneurial thinker, embracing change and taking new ways to reach targets
