Our digital business is growing – fast! This means we have a brand-new opening for a go-getting, customer focused individual to lead our customer service teams in the UK and US into the future. This definitely isn’t a ‘business as usual’ job. We need someone who can drive change, implement best practice and build a ‘best in class’ customer service function with all that this entails.
You’ll have proven experience in digital customer services, ideally from a footwear or fashion retailer. You’ll understand and will have worked with ecommerce systems and customer service software, you’ll be a whizz with data and using this to inform decisions and build an incredible customer experience. You’ll be used to managing projects in a fast-paced environment where things are moving as you’re building them and you’ll be an inspiring leader, talking your team along on the journey with you
