We have an exciting new role for an Ecommerce Manager to join our Global digital team. Reporting to our Global Head of Trading, you’ll be one of the first members of our digital team in the US as we build our digital presence across the US & Canada. You’ll be a talented and ambitious digital expert, responsible for ‘trading’ our website, delivering revenue to meet and exceed our sales and margin targets.
You’ll be numbers-driven, have sound knowledge of online selling as a multi-channel retailer (ideally fashion or footwear), merchandising and operations including direct experience of Analytics, SEO, payment systems and fulfilment operations. You’ll have a real commercial focus and awareness of the importance of brand, working in a small team with ambitious plans, ensuring best practise methodology, site optimisation and an incredible customer experience.
