This is an exciting new role here at FitFlop, managing all omni-channel creative projects in-line with direction provided, ultimately supporting the commercial objectives of the brand.
This role supports the Global Head of Creative Operations in the effective management of projects from inception to final delivery. You will manage the annual critical path for the Creative Services Department, making sure key departments (Marketing, Content, eCommerce, Photography and Creative Studio are informed of expectations and deadlines. You will be the guardian of briefs, reaching out to teams to submit accurate and detailed requirements and briefing these to the Photography and Creative Studio teams, in good time.
You will manage and develop a Studio Co-Ordinator, and guide the workload of the Creative Studio team which consists of Digital Designers, Integrated Designers, an Artworker, Motion Graphics Designer and Copywriters.
Whilst the majority of work is planned, there is a real time and agile element to the workload in reacting to competitors, commercial performance and environmental factors too.
