As Operations Transformation Lead, your role will be to work across the Asia Operations Leadership to understand the current ways of working, and then lead on the transformation as part of the ERP programme to ensure the team are able to continue. You’ll also provide exceptional standards in quality of service to our retail and distributor partners to ensure the correct product reaches all relevant markets in time and in perfect condition.
As we transform our systems, we will be transforming our business processes into lean, agile processes which work for us, our partners and our customers. This includes product development, commercialisation, production capacity planning, manufacturing and factory management, materials sourcing and utilisation, quality control, sourcing, freight and logistics and Asia customer services.
This role would suit a smart, commercial and enthusiastic experienced Operations professional with experience of ERP transformation programmes within this vertical, who is keen to take on responsibility in a growing and changing organisation that values a pro-active approach.
Due to the nature of the programme this role will require some alignment to UK working hours to ensure optimal delivery of the programme. The exact working hours can be determined through interview.
