We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our small Accounts Payable team. You will lead and manage a team of two Accounts Payable Assistants, who alongside yourself cover overheads and stock invoices for all FitFlop entities. You will be proactive and organised, ensuring your team know what is expected of them, and getting stuck in to help when needed. Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely process is followed for supplier invoices and employee expenses, reviewing and updating processes when needed. You will be able to build strong trusting relationships with key budget holders in the business and key suppliers, challenging them when necessary. You will be confident and committed to providing a great service to our accounts and our internal teams, with a calm unflappable nature. You are a problem solver, able to support your team with escalated issues or queries. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and the rest of the Financial Control team, keeping them updated with the running of the AP department.
You may be an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader looking for a step up or an Accounts Payable Manager looking for a new challenge. You will have used ERP and reporting systems before and be technically savvy. You will be required to run reports for the Financial Controller when needed and will enjoy getting stuck into the detail. You will be resilient and adaptable, striving under pressure.
